Yes! We will clean any of your fine jewelry at no cost, even if you didn’t buy it from us! It just takes a couple minutes while you wait!

How long do repairs take?
It depends on each repair and also how many repairs our bench jeweler is working on but it typically takes around 2 weeks or less.
Do you appraise jewelry?
We don’t do any jewelry appraisals here in store, but give us a call and we can refer you to a trusted appraiser!
Do you buy previously owned jewelry?
We do not!
Do I need to make an appointment?
You are not required to make an appointment, but if you would like to you’re more than welcome to! By making an appointment it enables us to give you undivided attention as well as a better idea of what questions you have so we can be properly prepared.
